A few clear rules.

You must submit accurate information about a real startup and have permission to share every logo, screenshot, statement, and other material you provide. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

Every submission may be reviewed before publication. aifoundr.co may ask for corrections, decline a submission, edit minor formatting, or remove a listing that violates these terms or creates a safety, legal, or quality concern.

You keep ownership of your materials. You give aifoundr.co permission to host, display, format, and promote the materials you submit for the purpose of operating and marketing the directory.

Revenue may be shown as pre-revenue, self-reported, or verified. You are responsible for the accuracy of any financial information you submit. Verification indicates that supporting material was reviewed; it is not an audit or financial endorsement.

The Founding 10 and Homepage Spotlight are optional one-time purchases. A Founding 10 purchase secures one numbered homepage place for the life of the site. A Spotlight purchase provides seven consecutive days in the featured homepage placement.

Paid placements guarantee the stated placement only—not traffic, clicks, signups, revenue, search ranking, or any other business result. If a paid submission is rejected or aifoundr.co cannot deliver the purchased placement, the related payment will be refunded. After an approved placement is delivered, payments are final except where required by law.

The site is provided as available. Features may change as aifoundr.co grows, but paid placements will not be intentionally reduced without a reasonable replacement or refund. These terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change.
